Addressing the ranks

You must address Militia to Master Sergeant by their rank, you may shorten their ranks such as "MSGT" instead of "Master Sergeant".

You must addressadress a Commissioned Officer (Ensign to- Major as their rank, since they are officers and are worthy of respect.

You must address Brigadier General to General as "General".
